This week, Republican primary candidate in GA-14, Clayton Fuller, was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award by the Trump Administration for his work on National Security. Secretary of Defense Mark Esper said:
“Mr. Fuller’s keen intellect, commitment, and well-established credibility directly contributed to cohesive and comprehensive counterterrorism policies across the Department of Defense, the National Security Staff, the Joint commands, and the rest of the Interagency. Mr. Fuller’s service to DoD merits the highest level of recognition.”
Upon receiving this award, Mr. Fuller responded by saying, “At no point in my career have I ever been motivated by awards. Whether it was MVP trophies in basketball or accolades during my military career, my motivating factor has always been serving God, my community, country, and family. I am honored to have been recognized in this way, and I dedicate this award to the men and women who continue to work tirelessly both in the field and within the Pentagon to keep our great nation safe from enemies, foreign and domestic. I’m looking forward to the opportunity of serving the people of the 14th District next year in Congress, and continuing my work in helping to accomplish President Trump’s national security goals.”
Clayton Fuller is an 8th generation North Georgian, local Prosecutor and former Trump administration official. He is a longtime resident of Dade County, where he lives with his wife and two children.
